Panhandle Builders & Excavating, Inc. was founded by L. Allen Henry, David Henry, and Carole Henry in June of 1986.

The primary focus of the company at that time was to provide quality excavation and general construction services to the businesses and residents of the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia.

From that humble beginning, the company has become a driving force in the construction industry in the Eastern Panhandle as well as the surrounding areas. As the area has grown, so has Panhandle Builders & Excavating, Inc.
